TrendSpider review
Chart research, alerts and strategy automation
A rule-building alternative when you want to own the strategy rather than follow a publisher.
From research to an active rule
TrendSpider advertises cloud alerts, strategy testing and bots that can use webhooks or broker connections. These are different stages of a workflow. A favourable historical test does not establish that the launched bot is configured identically or that a downstream order route will accept its messages.
Record the active configuration
Keep the tested universe, interval, data assumptions, strategy version and position state. The bot documentation discusses configuration and separate symbol handling; verify the setup needed for your proposed use rather than presuming one bot covers everything. Preserve trigger and order acknowledgements as separate records.
The buyer's evidence test
Forward-observe the frozen rule, including failed or duplicate events, before making performance claims. Confirm notification and routing entitlements in the selected plan. This is a documentation assessment, not a hands-on automation test or a broker-fill audit. Compare configuration control and operational visibility, not just a simulated percentage return.
