Editorial verdict

Useful marketplace telemetry, but not a universal independent audit.

What the service is

MQL5 Signals is a marketplace for MetaTrader signal subscriptions and copy trading. It gives buyers a broad discovery surface and platform-level performance fields, but the marketplace should be treated as a venue and reporting layer rather than as a verification standard for every seller.

What a buyer can verify

Inspect each signal page, account history, drawdown fields, trading period, and broker context. That is more useful than a screenshot, but leaves selection bias, survivorship, execution differences, and account-condition questions. Those questions must be answered per signal.

Who it fits

Best for experienced MetaTrader users who can compare account histories, leverage, drawdown, and copying mechanics.

Where the evidence stops

A platform-tracked curve is not automatically a third-party audit, and copied trades can differ materially from the source account.

How we classify it

This profile is assessed against the same five evidence questions used across the guide: verified track record, public methodology, transparent pricing, independent audit, and cryptographic timestamping. A provider can be useful without satisfying every criterion. Missing proof is recorded as a gap rather than filled with an assumption.
